Dear colleagues
This is a final call to please complete the Candida auris survey - it will close at the end of today (17 March).
As you all know, Candida auris is a global threat, posing a challenge to our patients, but also to our diagnostic and infection control capabilities.
We would like to ask you to participate in a survey on this pathogen.

PURPOSE The purpose of this survey is to:
- Get an overview of current practices;
- Determine the need for (more) guidelines.
Results will be used for publication. By filling in this survey, you agree that results will be used for this purpose. Results will be presented anonymously.
INSTRUCTIONS
- We ask Working Group members and other enthusiastic colleagues to complete the survey, but only one per institute will be included.
- The survey will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete.
- All participants will receive a copy of the anonymised report summarising the key findings of the survey, and will be included as co-author in a “group”.
