ISAC invites you to the 34th International Congress of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (ICC 2026), held jointly with the 48th Annual Meeting of the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (PSMID).

This premier international event brings together global leaders in infectious diseases, microbiology, antimicrobial resistance and public health.

Call for Abstracts

ISAC invites you to submit an abstract for the 34th ICC. All abstracts will undergo peer review and may be selected for oral or poster presentations.

Why submit?

• Present your work to an international audience of experts in infectious diseases, microbiology, antimicrobial resistance and global health.
• Receive feedback from peers and expand your professional network.
• Selected high-scoring abstracts will be published in the the Journal of Global Antimicrobial Resistance (JGAR), an official journal of ISAC.

Travel Awards for Young Investigators

1. ISAC Young Investigator Travel Awards

Exclusive to ISAC Member Societies. 
All young investigators from an ISAC Member Society under 35 years of age who submit an abstract are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be presenting authors. Awards are based on abstract quality. Each recipient will receive:

• €1,000 (outside Southeast Asia) or €600 (within Southeast Asia) toward travel + hotel
• Free congress registration
• Award certificate presented at the opening ceremony

2. ISAC Eastern European Young Investigator Travel Awards

Exclusive to ISAC Eastern European Member Societies.
All young investigators from an ISAC Eastern European Member Society under 35 years of age who submit an abstract are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be presenting authors. Awards are based on abstract quality. Each recipient will receive:

• €1,000 toward travel + hotel
• Free congress registration
• Award certificate presented at the opening ceremony
